Enrolment Procedure

1. Read and understand the student handbook which is available at http://www.ssbt.nsw.edu.au/ before you sign and submit your application.

2. Complete and sign the SSBT Application Form/online form.

If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must also sign the Application Form.

Include the following documents with your application form:

  • One recent passport sized photograph
  • Photocopies of your academic transcripts and educational certificates. If these transcripts and certificates are not in English they must be accompanied by certified translations.
  • RPL Application Form (Form 29) (if required)
  • A signed and dated Guardian Advice form (Form 50) if under 18 years of age
  • A photocopy of your passport identity page (Overseas students)
  • A photocopy of your English language test results (Overseas students)

3. Send the application form and the above documents to the address below

If your application is successful, we will forward a "LETTER OF OFFER", a Student Acceptance of Enrolment (Form 61) and an invoice. Once you receive the letter of offer please read and sign the Acceptance of Enrolment (Form 61).

Please return to us with the total tuition fee (all fees must be paid in Australian dollars only).

The following procedure applies to overseas students only:
On receipt of payment, we will forward your electronic confirmation of enrolment (e-COE) . You will then need to submit the e-COE, together with all the required documents listed in the student visa application, to the Australian High Commission in your country.
